The location of the hotel was fantastic! It was within walking distance to both the city center and Kurfürstendam, made sightseeing and shopping very convenient. The hotel was also located right next to a bus stop and an underground station, made getting around the city super easy. Plus, the room was clean, comfortable, and had strong wifi. The staff were also very helpful and accommodating.
There were a few things that I didn't particularly like about the hotel. the bathroom was quite tiny, made getting ready a bit of a challenge.

During our recent stay at Novum Hotel, we were kinda surprised by the spaciousness of our room. The beds were comfortable, great for a restful night's sleep. the hotel's location right outside the U-Bahn station made it convenient to explore the city using the metro. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the room, which added to our overall satisfaction.
the warm temperature in the room without air conditioning can be uncomfortable, especially during hot summer days.

The hotel is situated right across the street from the U-bahn station, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The rooms on the 6th floor offer a nice view of the street below, and the double bed was comfortable. We appreciated that our room was cleaned every day and fresh towels were provided. The breakfast, although not included, had a good variety of warm and cold dishes.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and well-heated, making it very comfortable. The location was super convenient, right next to the metro station, easy for me to explore the city 24/7. the staff were professional and helpful, and they even offered to keep my bag after I checked out. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of choices, and the free wifi was excellent.

The location of the hotel was extremely convenient, as it was right next to the subway station and close to various restaurants and nightlife options. The rooms were generally clean and spacious, with great showers and nice views overlooking the street. The staff members were polite and helpful, ensuring a pleasant overall experience.
The lighting in the room could have been improved, especially in the bathroom. The lack of sufficient lighting made it difficult to do tasks such as putting on makeup in the evening.
